Scott Hennessy provides Regulatory and Agency permit assistance for environmental protection, ground restoration and property enhancement projects.

Education
Scott has a BA degree in Environmental Biology from UC Santa Barbara and a MA degree in Marine Science from CSU Hayward and Moss Landing Marine Laboratories.

Experience
Scott has 10 years of Land Use Planning experience. He served as a Monterey County Planning Commissioner from 1995 to 2000 and as the Director of the Monterey County Planning and Building Inspection Department from 2001 to 2005.
